East Texas experienced an abnormally cold winter this season and we are expecting the cattle to put on more fat, making for a naturally marbled and balanced cut. This year’s stock is fed on 100% wild Bermuda grass, naturally foraged.

BULL 8801 (“TANKALL”): ANGUS, 100% BERMUDA GRASS FED

$300 (PART BULL) More than 25 pounds of premium, grass-fed Angus beef consisting of steaks, ground beef, and brisket. Free specialty cuts such as Korean short ribs, soup cuts, and marrow bones.

$1,500 (HALF BULL) Approximately 205 pounds of beef, consisting of approximately 50 pounds of steaks, 50 pounds of roasts, 90 pounds of ground beef, and 20 pounds of specialty cuts. Marrow bones, heart, tongue, oxtail, cheeks, and liver included and no extra charge.

$2,600 (WHOLE BULL) You will get approximately 400-425 pounds of frozen meat, consisting of approximately 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 40-45% ground beef, and 10-15% other cuts.

HEIFER 8715 (“LADY”): BRANGUS, 100% BERMUDA GRASS FED

$200 (PART HEIFER) More than 25 pounds of premium, grass-fed Brangus beef consisting of steaks, ground beef, and brisket. Free specialty cuts such as Korean short ribs, soup cuts, and marrow bones.

$1,300 (HALF HEIFER) Approximately 205 pounds of beef, consisting of approximately 50 pounds of steaks, 50 pounds of roasts, 90 pounds of ground beef, and 20 pounds of specialty cuts. Marrow bones, heart, tongue, oxtail, cheeks, and liver included and no extra charge.

$2,300 (WHOLE HEIFER) You will get approximately 400-425 pounds of frozen meat, consisting of approximately 20-25% steaks, 20-25% roasts, 40-45% ground beef, and 10-15% other cuts.

All packages include free cutting, wrapping, labeling, and delivery to Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Southern California residents. Residents of other states will be charged a fair shipping fee.
